Wacky Weddings

Weddings are always joyous and well celebrated in our culture. Traditionally, the ceremony is rich in symbology and rituals that are only specific to our setting. However, the fun, young, and vibrant side is visible in these two examples of one wedding that we just covered of late. The place was Fort Bonifacio. The rest is funny history.

We arrived at the place at a little past 4:00 PM and took some shots in the parking lot. Our simple presence was enhanced by one of the Philippine Army sentry guards who was kind enough to allow us to shoot our bride and groom with him. He was willing to return the favor and shoot at us also but we politely declined. I am just shooting with a camera, he is shooting with an M16!

But after taking the photo with our army guard, our bride showed us, and her hubby to be, how powerful she really is. Caught in mid air, this is the first ever experience of our groom regarding his bride's super human powers. I will not be surprised if he ends up like the majority of husbands who are being bossed around by the wifeys. How can you resist if your wife is super human?

A simple but lovely wedding followed after these shots and Joji (my wifey) and I really enjoyed shooting away for these two beautiful people. Our gratitude for making us your photogs. God bless your union!
